The usage is not a rocket science, you just need to localize the right hole :)
Place your head and hands into the largest hole on the t-shirt (it's like jumping into the pool, but not the bomb style) and then search for lights at the end of the tunnel. Your head goes into the largest from the 3 and hands to smaller ones on the sides. Then check if the graphic is in the front. If not, you have to initiate the reverse sequence, flip the t-shirt and repeat the steps.
